If a plugin isn't right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of buying it. No questions asked.
How to ask
Email tachyolabs@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the address you bought with, or tell us that address and your serial number. We'll refund the full amount you paid.
What happens next
The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Link, which handles payments for us. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your serial number stops working. The next time the plugin checks its license, it goes back to the expired trial: it still opens, so your saved sessions don't break, but its full features stop.
Try before you buy
Every plugin has a free 14-day trial with every feature, so you can check it on your own system first.
Disputes
Please write to us before disputing a payment with your bank: a refund is quicker. While a dispute is open, the serial number it's for is switched off.
Your rights
This policy adds to any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. It doesn't take any away.
