We collect as little as we can. This page lists all of it.
This website
No cookies, no analytics, no ads and no trackers. The fonts come from this site too. Our hosts keep ordinary server logs, such as your IP address and browser, to run the site and keep it secure: Netlify for this site and Cloudflare for the downloads.
When you buy
Checkout runs on pages from Link, a Stripe company, which collects your payment details, billing address and email address. We never see your card number. Link tells us your email address, your order number and what you bought, so we can make your serial number and send it. See Stripe's privacy policy, which covers Link.
What we keep
- For each order: your email address, the order and payment numbers, your serial number, when you bought, and whether the order was refunded or disputed.
- For each activated computer: a one-way code made from the computer's ID (the ID itself never leaves your computer), the computer's name as your system reports it, so you can tell your activations apart, and when it was activated.
- To stop abuse: the store and the license server count requests from each IP address per hour. The counts are deleted daily.
We keep order and activation records as long as your license exists, so you can reinstall and reactivate any time, and as long as tax and accounting rules require.
We email you your serial number and download links after you buy, and again if you ask on the Lost your serial number? page. These are sent through Resend. We don't send marketing email.
The plugins
Your audio stays on your computer: Vomidi never uploads it. Vomidi connects to tachyolabs.com only to activate its license, to recheck it about once a month when your computer is online anyway, and to deactivate it. Vomidi's optional phone link uses the Vomidi web app, which has its own privacy policy.
Who else sees it
Only the services named here, which run the store for us: Stripe and Link for payments, Netlify for this site and its records, Cloudflare for downloads and Resend for email. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.
Your choices
Email tachyolabs@gmail.com to see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. If we delete an order, we can't restore its serial number later.
Children
Our plugins and this site aren't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If what we collect changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
